Hello all, I've had so much success with this website on answering my questions that I'm here again. I'm creating a pivot table and I require the Values field to just show the data I require not to calculate it.

Can this be done through the field setting? or is there another way I can display the information the same way in between the Column and Row field?

Thanks.

can you give an example of what you get now and what you want?

I'm unable to paste it to show you. What I'm doing is a formula on a different sheet that gives me how many day late a delivery is. I want to display that same inform in my pivot table. (E.g. Order number 1234 is in 2 rows in excel and both rows will have 4 as the days late). Pivot table in 'Values' will count it as 2 and give me 8 when I want it to display 4.

I have a feeling I might have to chnage my data, but when I move that field to 'Columns' it shows what I need.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

So why don't you move it to the columns?

By the way, you can select if you want the pivot table to show totals or not, by changing the properties.
