Pivot table Determine Difference Previous Month: December-January

Trying to use Pivot table to Show Values as Difference From Base field: Month, Base item: (previous).

Need to calculate change between Jan and Feb for both 2020 and 2021.

Jan for both 2020 and 2021 are blank and not showing change.
