Hi Excel buddies,

PIVOT TABLE

Year (All)
Month (All)

Debtor Data Total
David Sum of Sales 150
Sum of Sales Returns -40
Mary Sum of Sales 100
Sum of Sales Returns -50
Total Sum of Sales 250
Total Sum of Sales Returns -90

How can the pivot table be displayed so that Sum of Sales and Sum of Sales Returns are displayed in 2 separate columns within one row?

Data:
Year Month Debtor Sales Sales Returns
2002 7/10/2002 Mary 100.00 (50.00)
2002 2/10/2002 David 150.00 (40.00)

Thanks
