Pivot Table Drop Down - Hide the (All) display

I have a pivot table (Excel 2003). In the Page Field area I have a field titled Date. If the (All) is selected, too much data will display as the year progresses. Is there a way to prevent users from seeing the (All) in the Pivot Table Drop Down display? Here is a visual of the drop down where I don't want the (All to display):
