Hello everyone.
I'm using Excel 2007 and I have a problem with pivot tables.
As you can see in the picture I have 2 tables, each has town and year columns (the town names are in hebrew, sorry about that). table 1 has variable X while table 2 has variable Z.
I made a pivot table (with the wizard) that shows the sum in each city of all the variables.
I would like to filter it with the year, To see the sum of X in a city in the year 2011. This is a problem as it seems there is no way to do it. :(

Thank you,

Shahaf.

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Maybe the problem is not understood.
I have 2 sheets, one with each table. I used the Pivot Wizard wizard and chose Multiple Consolidation Ranges.
When the pivot is created The only filter options I have is by Table (Page 1 / Page 2) while I need it to be filterd by the year. (one of the variablas in the column).
Help?
