PIVOT table format issue?

Ahh!! In my pivot I'm selecting trans_date in the row (please see below) but it's not pulling the date but giving 3 separate areas.... Year, Quarters and trans_date but not in the format my data is in for example 18/01/22

Can anybody help please?
