When I refresh the pivot table, the columns and formatting readjust. I do have the Preserve Formatting button already checked. Any help would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Does you PivotTable have PAGE field(s). If so, did you apply the formatting with PAGE field(s) set to "(All)"? Did you Enable Selection (see the PivotTable | Select menu on the PivotTable toolbar)?
