I have data which I have placed in a pivot table by month and day. Before drilling down I hava data for each day of the month, making it east to copy ad paste the 31 rows for january for example and paste into my results worksheet. when I drill down to one machine, because there may not have been activity on each day, I cat copy ad aste easily. is there a way I can retain the frmatting so that the 31 days appear in the results when I drill down, even if no data? I have tried preserve formatting in the design but that doesnt work - anyone help??

Thanks
