Hi,

I am trying to get a pivot table of some data in a very specific format. My data consists of the following:

Country, Global Department, Local Department, Users
Aus Office 1, Global 1, Local 1,5
Aus Office 1, Global 2, Local 2,10
Aus Office 2, Global 1, Local 1, 4
...
...
...
...
Zimbabwe, Other Global 1, Local 1, 15
Zimbabwe, Other Global 1, Local 2, 15

There are a different number of row per country and they each have different departments etc there. I have got a pivot table that summarizes the total number of employees per location in a big table like below:

Location, Count of Users
Aus Office 1, 15
Aus Office 2, 4
Zimbabwe, 30

The issue is I have around 100 lines of this and I would like to position it at the top of one of my sheets in excel is rows of 3-4. For example:

Aus Office 1: 15C Office: 23Zimbabwe, 30
Aus Office 2: 4C Office 2: 9
B Office, 45D Office: 254

Is this possible?
