Good morning..!

Can anybody help?

We collect data from some databases into Excel, the source Excel files are transferred out to a local folder with the macros for creating pivot tables sitting in a separate Excel workbook.

I need the source data range in the macro to be dynamic so it will create the pivot tables successfully regardless of the fact there may be different amounts of rows each time. Will I need to be changing this section..?

(SourceType:=xlDatabase, SourceData:= _
"Q_MySpreadsheet!R1C1:R4723C10")

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Try:

Code:
Dim LastRow as Long
LastRow = Worksheets("Q_MySpreadsheet").Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row

Then your snippet becomes:

(SourceType:=xlDatabase, SourceData:= _
"Q_MySpreadsheet!R1C1:R" & LastRow & "C10")
