I have a pivot table with dates grouped by quarter. It seems that every time I add new data to my source and refresh the table, they come ungrouped. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Repeat Last Command

define how you grouped your data by quarter.

if you add an new (help)column in your data, you can use that column in the pivot table.

a vlookup table can be used to give you the result of the quarter in in helpcolumn in you datasheet.

Check your source data. If the "date" column has any blank cells then refreshing the pivot table removes the groupings
