Pivot Table Groupings

I am wanting to group data in my pivot table automatically. Everytime my data changes I want the pivot table groups to automatically update.


Example

If in group 1 there is data that is 10, 11, 15, 18.

After the data is updated there could be 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19

I want to group everything that is between

10 and 20 group 1
20 and 30 group 2
30 and 40 group 3
40 and 50 group 4
50 and 60 group 5
60 and 70 group 6
70 and 80 group 7
80 and 90 group 8
90 and 100 group 9
100 and 200 group 10
200 and 200 group 11
300 and 400 group 12

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
