Pivot Table Help - PLEASE! (I'm Stuck and Starting to Panic)

I can't get numbers to fill in my columns. Would realy appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Have been using a "Pivot Table" book for two days and still haven't solved my problem. Any help appreciated. Please advise. Thanks Les
