Pivot tables are used to summarize information, but I need to use it to create another "table". Therefore, I would like my row information to repeat for every secondary+ row. For example

Pivot table shows
Greg month 1
month 2

I would like
Greg month 1
Greg month 2

I scrolled through some posts, but I don't think I have the write search criteria, so I apologize if this has already been answered.

Thanks in advance
Wayne

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
The quick and dirty is to:

1) Copy the table and hard paste it as regular data to the left or on a new sheet.
2) Use the steps in my post HERE to fill in the "blanks" in the column of interest.

If this is something to be done frequently you can work up some code to accomplish the steps programatically.

Another idea is to go to the source data for the pivot table and use that data instead, rather than the pivot table - perhaps that is a normal dataset of rows/columns?
