Hi guys, I'm stuck trying to create either a regular table or pivot table. Here's my dilemma; I have information sorted by date and time. I want to represent the data by hour for the whole day, meaning in 24 hours. When I create pivot table, I select the fields I need. The time field in row labels and transaction in values. I grouped row label by hours and Here is where I'm stuck. I want the row label to start from 0000 to 2300 but it only displays the hours of the actual transaction. Is there a way to display 24 hours broken down by hour? Hope someone can help me find a solution. I'm ok if I have to create a table too. Thanks

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Do you have date and time in one column, eg. 4/30/2020 11:30,? Then, right click on a date-time cell in the pivot table, select Field Settings and check Show items with no data. You'll see your data appeared in the appropriate time slot.
