hi, hoping for some help with a pivot table - though to be fair, not sure if this can be done in a pivot table.

i've got a table of data (screenshot attached), column G is calculated via a formula to work out the months between today and whatever the start date is.

i want to pivot table the data, so that i can summarise how many people there are (total) by department and by grade - this i can do, but then next to the total column i want it to tell me how many people have a value in column G equal to or greater than 9 and this is the bit i can't quite work out.

Any advice please?

put a formula into the data , maybe H
if( G2 > = 9, 1, 0)
then you can sum or count in the pivot table
