Hello - I am having difficulty hiding columns in the pivot table that I've put together. The problem is as follows:

I have actual and budget data in the report columns for multiple years. I would like to show 2005 actual next to 2006 budget. I need to hide away only the 2004 and 2006 actual columns and the 2005 budget column.

If you can answer this one, you would totally make my day!!!!!!

Thanks.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
You can hide columns in the normal way by right clicking the column header and choosing Hide. But that way I guess you lose your Year heading.

The only way I can think of is to add a column to your data concatenation Year with Actual/Budget and using that in place of the existing columns.
