Hello,

I have a pivot table linked to a database in other sheet of the same archive, all this infrmation is a detail of my company sales and for september we already have in the database around 55,000 rows.

For next month I won't be able to put all information because excel just has about 65,000 rows.

Is there anyone who can suggest me somethig?

At first I tought about using MSaccess but it is a little dificcult for me because this archive is used for a lot of people and I have to find a easly way to send it by e-mail to all users, even users who do not have knowleadge in Access.

Kind regards,

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
I'd really recommend using access and designing specific queries for the users to cut down on the information. You can set up pivot tables in access for direct export into excel very easily.

Alternatively consider splitting the data into 2 sheets and do a multiple consolidate range in the pivot table wizard, though this heavily restricts the pivot table functionality.

Hope it helps
