Pivot table in Macro does not carry through a second row heading

I have created a macro to analyse an invoice however when the macro is run and the pivot table is created, it always leaves out the 2nd row heading in the field list. Any ideas how I can prevent this happening. Not sure if I am missing a step, however pivot was created as normal in the recording. Thanks
