Pivot Table Issue

When I refresh the pivot table I am working on, the column headings remain, but all the data disappears. I checked the data source and it is correct.
What am I doing wrong? How do I get the data to properly move to the pivot table?

That's true, but that shouldn't cause the entire pivot table to disappear. Besides, when the table is refreshed, wouldn't the added rows now be included?

No, not unless you alter the data source.

But I agree, it shouldn't cause all the data to disappear (assuming you didn't alter the data source incorrectly). What source range is the pivot pointing at currently?
