Pivot table labels

Is there a way to have the label repeat on the row field? I have 2 fields in the row section of the pivot table, Description and Activity. There are 2 descriptions and each description has a variety activities. The activities constantly change and I need to return a specific activity to another sheet. To make this easier I want to have the description next to the activity like:

(Descriptions are A and B, Activities are 1, 2, and 3)

A 1
A 2
A 3
B 1
B 2
B 3

Currently the labels are as follows:

A 1
2
3
B 1
2
3

Being able to do this would help in other instances as well so thanks for any suggestions…

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

No.

Care to elaborate?

There are many activities, and they don't always occur. Each day the activities are updated and sometimes there is a new activity which changes the position of the activity I need to pull. I only need to return the "Net Activity" line for each Description. See below.

Sum of GROSS
DESCRIPt................ACTIVITY
Credit Card Activity....Authorization Fees
........................Chargeback Fees
........................Deposit Fees
........................Funds Transfer Fees
........................Net Activity
........................Net Chargebacks
........................Passthrough IA Fees
........................Settled Refunds
........................Settled Sales
........................Miscellaneous Fees
Credit Card Activity Total
ECP Activity............Deposit Fees
........................Funds Transfer Fees
........................Net Activity
........................Net Returns
........................Return Fees
........................Settled Refunds
........................Settled Sales
........................Verification Fees
ECP Activity Total
Grand Total

If I set up my sumproduct formula for Net Activity I get “Credit Card” and “ECP” combined, I need them separated. Because the Activities don’t always remain constant, I can’t set up two different formulas for each Description, (I’d have to change the formula each day as the activities changed). So if I can get the Descript labels at each Activity I can include the distinction in my sumproduct formula.

I'm sorry I don't see 'Net Activity'. Where's 'Sum of GROSS'? Why aren't you using the GETPIVOTDATA worksheet function?

I’m getting what I need now with a simple formula but each day I need to check to make sure “Net Activity” hasn’t moved. I could solve this problem if the description field were on the row with the activity. But it sounds like that is not something that can be accomplished.
