Hello

Would appreciate any help.

I am trying calculate the average sales invoice lead time (i.e. number of days between order date and ship date) in a pivot table from the data table below. Each invoice can have multiple lines of data and I cannot figure out how to only include distinct invoice numbers in the calculation.

For example, in the sample data there are only 2 distinct invoices. Invoice A100 has a lead time of 20 days and A101 is 13 days. So the average lead time would be 26.5 days ((20+13)/2). Any help would be very much appreciated.
