Pivot table modification - example attached

Hello,

Below are 2 spreadsheets (Actual & Budget), I created a Pivot Table (PT) in another sheet using multiple consolidation ranges. How do I add the category to the PT? And is there an easier way to put Actual And Budget in the title rather than Item1 & 2?

Why do you have two seperate sheets for budget and actual?

Can you not combine the two on one sheet?

This would eliminate the need for multiple consolidation ranges.

Still wondering if it is possible to do what I asked using multiple consolidation ranges from 2 sheets?
