Hi-

I have a pivot table that is year/quarter/month and then shows number of widgets. Some months have no value and the month name shows - just that the field is blank.

I have another pivot table, structured similarly, yet the months that have blanks don't show, and I can not figure out where/what to click to make them show.

I can't remember where to go to make the months be listed - just with a blank in the field.

Help!

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Right click in the Pivot Table, and go to Pivot Table Options. Go to the Display tab, and check "Show items with no data in rows/columns" (whichever is appropriate)

Hope that helps.
