Pivot table options and macro

I created a pivot table with the filter from Marketers. However, I would like a table for each marketer. I know under options I can use the "show report filter pages" which creates a TAB for each marketer. Is there a way to apply the same concept to the same tab? The only way I can think to do this is to copy and paste multiple times and changing the filter.

Additionally, I want to create a recorded macro to recreate the table with updated data. How can a pivot table in a macro pick up additional data?

Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
