Hello

I have limted experience of pivot tables so I think I am making an elementary error. Please see below image

For the first row, the total number of events is 2, and the total on time/early events is 2, and therefore the %age should be 100%, not 5%. For the next row it would be approx 50% and so on. I would expect the horizontal sum of the %age to be 100%. I am instead being given the %age of the sum of the on time/early events. I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks!

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Hi,
When you have the Pivot table selected - there is an option in the "Analyze" , "calculations" group on the ribbon named "Fields,Items & Sets" . . .
Select that option and then select "calculated field"
A pop up box will be displayed - - Name your field (In this case it will be : % On Time/Early
then in the formula section type = 'On Time/Early'/ 'Actual Turnaround'
This will create the measure that you can select and add to your pivot table (format it as %)
