Good afternoon,

I have a question that has been driving me nuts for a couple of days, so I am asking for some help with a PivotTable

So, how do I get the % in the picture below to be based on the total of week "8", this may sound easy, but when I do "show values as" a "% of week No" which is what the 8 is I get an ~DIV/0! or a % of the column when it needs to be the full week.
For the example the below is 865 for week 8 and the 68 should be 7.9%.
The only issue is I will have this as a running pivot for each week, so I don't want to have to make amendments per week (which with this formula isn't possible)
I do have a row total in my table but I can't even do the % against this.

I think the issue is due to AA, BB, CC & DD are a sub category that I have added under Rows with the other bits as well as the week numbers as I don't automatically have a row total

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I have managed to work this out.
Create a totals adding the relevant data, then create a seperate column to create the % against the total via a formula
