Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me with Pivot tables. I am using version Excel 2007 to complete some analysis on escalations, I can put the data in a pivot table but what I would like is percentages connected to the pivot table, examples as below.

The below data shows escalations per month and I would like a percentage of each month?
Month Count
Jan 72
Feb 95
Mar 113
Total 280

Another area I am looking at is where I have the top 5 areas of escalation per month and I would like the percentage of these top 5 against the total for that month.
Month Count
January 41
Dispatch 11
Delivery 10
Customer Error 8
Our Error 6
Customer Service 6

I hope this makes sense but please let me know if you need any further information
