Good afternoon,

I have a pivot table that shows who has had a specific outcome as per the below picture for a check on work that has been completed, but I need to create a New calculated field to show the figure below within my current pivot table. The calculation to achieve this in a formula would be =sum(Outcome 1-Outcome 2-Outcome 3)/Checked)*100) but I am unsure how to write this within the calculated field.

The outcome is recorded within my data that feeds the pivot table in column called "Outcome".

I was thinking something like sum(countif('Outcome'="Outcome 1"-countif('Outcome'="Outcome 2" but Im not sure if this is the correct way to go.

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
while you are inserting a calculated field into your pivot table, there is a formula bar and a list of fields. you can click on the fields as you want to put them into the formula.
hope this helps.
