I apologize if this is a repeat question . . . don't see my original posted.

I think I already know the answer . . . but am looking for magic.

Running an analysis for a 12-month period. Some months may not have any value so they will not show in results . . is there anyway to format or "trick" the pivot table into displaying months with no value without altering the main source?

Yes. First group by months and years. Then under the Pivot Table Tools-> Options-> Active Field ribbon
click field settings. click the layout and print tab. check "show items with no data".
