I've been working through the Slaying Excel Dragons book and I am hung up on a task on page 414 where you are dragging Sales to the Values area twice. In the Pivot Table itself I get an extra values field at the top when I drag the second sales to value. I also had the table to show in tabular form. How do I fix the issue?
