Pivot Table Refresh

I have a PT in a sheet that can be refreshed using a button on the sheet.

The user can also select the category, fields & rows but when these change and the PT is refreshed, the PT is blank.

I have established that upon refreshing the Column Label selections from the previous PT are retained and any labels for the new selection are unchecked.

How do I get the PT to dynamically show only the Column Labels values for the new PT?

Excel Facts
