A slightly more difficult one this...

I have a pivot table with say 9 rows and 10 columns.

i want to replicate the row and the column information below it (not the data) and then manipulate the data FROM the pivot table (i.e x each one by 140 (hours)... so i have set up "=H8*140" for example).

How can i replicate the row information accurately...? if i do =A7 it obviously copies a7 from the pivot table. But..... if i have 10 rows in the pivot table this month and set 10 lots of "=A?" and then next month there are 20 items in the pivot table... it wont work...

the only thing i can think of is to anticipate 20 rows and set 20x "=A?"
and then put the total after 21 rows. (NB: i then use this data for another lot of data!)

can i specify "copy all rows from pivot table" ?

any advice?

thanks
