Pivot Table requery

Hi All,

I have a pivot table that looks up data via an sql query this works fine.

the problem is that in Page field the I have the names of accounts, and I allowed a user that had no realy understanding of pivot tables to use it.

They have somehow over writen the names of some of the accounts in the page field. The first thing I new about this was when they came to me and asked why all of the accounts have the same info

I had hoped that by simply refreshing the table it would return the names correctly from the query but that does not seem to be working any ideas, is there a deeper refresh or am I going to have to delete the table and start again?
