Hi All,

Hoping someone can help.. I have a spreadsheet that has about 5 pivots in one workbook... I am trying to find a way that if I change one of the pivots in the workbook the other pivots underneath will automatically refresh..

Is this possible or is there a macro that can do this?

Your help is always greatly appreciated

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).

Hi Roopen,

You can create a macro to refresh all tables simultaneously.

Simply start recording the macro, refresh all tables and stop recording was all tables have been completed.

Hope this helpls

This might be more 'universal'

Code:
Sub refreshAllPivots()
    For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
        For Each pt In ws.PivotTables
            pt.PivotCache.Refresh
        Next pt
    Next ws
End Sub
