Hi All!

I really hope there's a way to do this as I've not had any luck figuring it out myself.

I am creating an interactive employee report containing PIVOT tables for users of to self-serve. I have protected the worksheet and workbook however as the PIVOT tables need to be accessible, they can easily be copied into a new workbook and therefore have its settings changed and access the background data. Is there a way to allow PIVOT table to be used but not copied outside the current workbook? Or at least prevent any way to access the background/source data?

The purpose of the report is to allow users to explore data and format the PIVOT in a way that is suitable for them. However, the need for this flexibility comes with the privacy/protection complications (to me anyway!).

Thanks so much! :)
