I have a pivot table a column header containing 3 values to indicate if someone has completed an assignment. Specifally, the values are (1) complete (2) in progress (3) not started. The row variable is a specific line of business groupsand provides completion counts. So, the table tells me that line of business A has 20 people, and 15 have completed the task, 3 are in progress, and 2 have not started. When i refresh the pivot table after updating the raw data, the table is returning a 4th value as a column header...namely Blank. there are no blank values in the raw data nor does the table have have any counts for that column. Any ideas why it's there and how I can fix?

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I would guess your source data refers to more rows than currently have data in them.
