I'm trying to sort by grand total descending in my pivot table and cannot get it to work.

Column A is a product description
Columns B-L are Months (Periods 1 through 11, populated by a count)
Column M is grand total

Can someone help me?

thanks,

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Dbrasel,
A simple way is to click on a cell in the Grand Total column on the Pivot table, then click the Z-A sort button on the standard toolbar.
