Pivot Table sorting question

I've created a pivot table showing item numbers, item description & various business locations which contain each item.

My problem is I want to sort this data by the description (column B in the attached screenshot) & I can't figure out how to. I see lot's of sorting options when I right click on a cell, but none of them actually yield any results.

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
click on the data part of the pivot table (Not the header) and click the sort button on the toolbar.

I tried this & it did not work, nothing changes order, my Pivot Table is continually sorted by the data located in Column A. If I move the data around then I can get it to sort my description, but the description needs to be in column A, otherwise it never sorts.

I believe it has some kind of "nesting"???

This is so frustrating.
