Pivot table subtotal on top

It seems so simple in Excel 2010. I can see the option "Show all Subtotals at top of group". But the subtotals stubbornly remain at the bottom of the group.

I can turn them off, I can turn them on. But they always come back at the bottom of the group.

Any suggestions?

TIA.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Figured it out! The pivot table can't be in Tabular Form. As soon as it is, the Show all Suttotals at Top does not work. In Compact Form or Outline Form, the Subtotals will show at the top.

It is simple when you do it right.
