Pivot Table Subtotal Rows

I have created the Pivot Table below and the partial screen shot below is filtered to show a single Agency. Is there a way to suppress the Subtotal rows if there is only one LOB? For example, for this Agency, there was only Personal Lines results generated for the Carrier on row 5. The data on rows 5 and 6 are exactly the same. I would like to suppress the Subtotal aggregation for any Carrier having only one LOB row. However, for the Carriers shown on rows 11-13 and 16-18, a Subtotal is desired. This is my first post, thank you in advance for your help.​
