Pivot Table-SUM Across

I have a pivot table where the columns are grouped by year then month. The years are 2018 and 2019 with January-December in 2018 and January-June (so far) in 2019.

Is it possible to create a field (maybe a calculated field) that will provide a sum of 2018 columns in between December 2018 and January 2019 columns?

I believe I could put a sum out to the right in the blank space but I'm curious if there's another way.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

You can just go to the design tab and click on subtotal and enable it.

I appreciate the reply. Unfortunately, subtotal works vertically.

I'm looking for a way to sum across, horizontally.

Thank you again.
