Hello

Is it possible to get a text instead of a # in the Values section of a pivot table? I have Power Pivot installed because I read that it can help. However I have never used it before and am having a hard time figuring out how to create a pivot table with the data I uploaded (a power pivot)

Thanks
Liz

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Thank you so much for the help!

Is that a VBA code? I am trying to understand what a "Measure" is an how to use it

Thanks
Liz

No, it's the Power Pivot equivalent of a Calculated Field in a normal pivot table.
