I'm working on a Frequency Distribution for time values. I have separate incidents with a start date and resolved date. I used an excel formula to retrieve the time difference between the two.

I'm trying to make a pivot table with Time Elapsed but it shows up as 00:00:00.

Any ideas of what's going on or how I can make it work.

Incident Number:Start DateEnd DateTime Elapsed:
Ally# INC0839013 :12/3/18 11:37 PM12/3/18 11:44 PM0:0:07:00

<tbody>
</tbody>

This is how the row looks by itself, but when I make a pivot table of data similar to this, it appears as

Row LabelsSum of Time Elapsed
Ally# INC0839013 :00:00:00

<tbody>
</tbody>

Why does the time continue to show as 00:00:00 when there's data ?

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
