Pivot table / Timeline

Dear all,

I need your help! I have the follwoing table below (there are more but collums but for simplicity to explain I only show these).

I would like to ceate a pivot table, connect a timeline to the pivot and plot the actions in a stable diagram showing when the actions went in and when the action went out (show 1 on the y-axel when active).

I have manage to create the pivot table and connect a timeline to the table, but how do I mange to plot te actions in stable diagram (that will change dependent on the timeline)?

Please help!
