Greetings ALL and Happy new Year.

I have a Pivot Table with 5 row fields and 4 fields in data area. Grand Total shows a total for entire column and group subtotals are shown below each group of data in column 2. I have disabled other group totals. Now my management wants me to show group totals for column 2 at the bottom of pivot table right above Grand totals. Not sure if that is possible. But I know that gurus here know so many ways to tackle things. Can anyone help?

Thank You in advance !
Regards,

Ash.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Simplest thing to do might be to copy and paste the pivot table into another place (just the values). Then you can mess around with the formulas, add subtotals ect.

Thanks for your response. I can but they want it on a pivot table. Problem is if I keep just 2 columns it does give me a grand total for each item in column 2 before GRAND TOTAL. as soon as I add any more fields after column 2 those totals go away. This suggests that it is possible, only I dont know how. :)
