PIVOT table to show average

I think i am going about this the wrong way. I have searched and searched for a solution but none seem to make any since or fit what i am trying to do. Maybe you guys can help.

I am creating a pivot table that shows the user's name, the count of cases they have and need to add a calculated field (column C) to show the average time spent on those cases. I tried several different formuals for the calculated field but clearly missing a piece to the puzzle.

- names in column A are hidden for privacy
-"OE to sign out in hours" on the raw data is the total time spent on that case and subtotal average at the bottom.
-open to alternative methods to achieve same end results
