I have a pivot table that I want subtotaled on Categories and a grand total at the end. I have checked the appropriate boxes and options and the labels are displayed exactly as I want however the actual number totals are not showing. I checked the font colour ot make sure it was not the same as the background but otherwise I don't know what to check and am not able to find a solution on the web. Can anyone help? I'm sure it is likely something simple but be darned it I can see it. I am including a screen shot of my issue.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hi,

Try going to your pivot table, press disign after got to subtotals.

Maybe that will work.

I suspect those are row fields not value fields.
