Pivot Table Trouble, Measure Sum entire column multiplied by cells in column

Hello All, not sure how to work this.
I am having an issue where I need a new column that gets its data from calculating the total of a given column and then multiply by a second column.
Below if I can take the total 292.5 and multiply it by a row in [Sum of Column4_2] I would get the value I am looking for Ex: $292.50*0.241=$70.50

My trouble is getting the value 292.50 from a formula within a measure
outside of a measure Sum gives me the total of the column but within a measure Sum gives me the value relative to the row it is calculating
