Hi Guys,

I've never come across this before, after opening a file with Pivot Tables. They have now just turned into normal tables without the pivot functionality.....Does anyone know why this happens? or how to prevent it.

Using Excel 2013, saved my workbook as .xls

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
If the pivot table was created as a later version it can't be converted back to an earlier version - you have to create the xls file first and then add the pivot table to it.
